Refund policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement. In most cases, you do not need to send the item back to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply email us at kovulandshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

If you simply changed your mind and the item is unused and in its original packaging, contact us within 14 days of delivery. In this case, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the item must arrive back to us unused before a refund is issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
